Impossible to stop doodling Kid's Leggings

Help me please, this compulsive way of drawing is attacking me once again!
I have no idea how to stop this. My right hand, in complicity with all these strange characters, has completely taken over my mind. I start doodling, I keep doodling, I can't stop doodling, SOS !!!
