What can I find at Zoo&co?

Just go to ALL OUR DESIGNS to take a look at our whole collection. Click your favorite design, choose a product and add the product to the cart. Easy and fast!

Where do you ship to, what are the shipping costs and how can I reduce them?

Our products are shipped almost everywhere. Costs vary according to the quantity, the shipping destination and the shipping method you choose. Nevertheless, shipping costs can be considerably reduced when ordering from in bulk.

How can I follow the status of my order after it has been sent out for delivery?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [insert your support email here].

Can I exchange or return items I have ordered?

Every ordered product is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and end up in the charity box, BUT :

  • If Printful or one of our providers makes a mistake, they will send you a replacement or refund your money.
  • If you make a mistake with your order, contact Printful or the concerned provider and they will see what they can reasonably do to help you get the product you want. Remember to include your order number, send pictures and give a detailed explanation of the problem.

What about materials, quality and apparel certification?

We have chosen Printful as our partner because of its high quality, fair trade and environmentally friendly products. Actually, Printful is considerably widening its offer of environmentally friendly products.

What about printing methods?

We concentrate our efforts in All-over products because they have a great impact when they are printed with our Pattern designs and Doodle art through a process called sublimation. We also provide DTG products and broidery in some products.

What discounts are available?

Printful has a discount system which is dependent on the volume of the order, Bulk discounts in addition to seasonal discounts that will be announced in our website.

What payment methods are available?

Paypal: One of the most recognized platform for online payments. You don't need to have a Paypal account in order to make a payment with them.

Wi'll be adding some additional payment methods that will be opportunely announced.

What about online security?

Our entire website is powered by Shopify with the latest improvements in technology and online security. The security of your payment and personal data is entirely encrypted and sent via SSL through Shopify and Paypal. Feel confident, you'll have no worries concerning your security when ordering from our website.
